Responsible for; staff management, property management, marketing and communications, financial management (t/o £600k, Assets £1.5m), legal issues, charity and company responsibilities. Day-to-day management and development of the commercial first aid training business (t/o £300k). I stimulated increased growth in commercial turnover (up 15%), through improving marketing and communications, developing the portfolio of training courses offered, expanding the customer base, and securing new contracts, including a new 3-year contract with Nottinghamshire Police to train 2,000 staff in First Aid and Health & Safety.
