Day-to-day management of the BBTS, a professional membership society for medical and scientific professionals involved in haematology and blood transfusion (1,800 members). Responsible for; day-to-day management, financial management, marketing and communications, committee management, charity and company responsibilities, event management and overall professional development of the Society. I improved professional support to trustees, committees and members, and increased transparency, accountability and communication throughout the Society. I also improved communications by instigating a professional re-design of the website, designing new content and project managing the site re-build. I also re-branded and re-vitalised the BBTS newsletter (now Bloodlines) by taking over the management and production editor responsibilities for the publication.
